The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The central district is easily accessible, providing convenience and a range of dining options. The small, well-maintained garden adds a touch of natural beauty to the surroundings. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with firm beds and lovely little balconies to enjoy the view. The breakfast included is a nice bonus, providing a good start to the day.

The staff were very very accommodating. Movies to rent and books to borrow. Chris (manager) wants you to feel at home. He brought me Ginger tea when I was sick, printed my boarding pass, etc. Family-like atmosphere.

The view was excellent, very much family oriented resort. Staff's are helpful and they love children. Very neat and clean. From the room can see the sea. Quiet place for honeymooners.

The rooms are a bit small. The options for the ala cart is very limited.

I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning beachfront location of Hacienda Beach. Stepping out of my bungalow, I was greeted with the breathtaking view of the serene beach. It was truly a relaxing and picture-perfect setting. The staff were friendly and always ready with a warm smile. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful beach getaway.

Maenamburi is on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach we've ever seen, and it's remarkably quiet. It's only a few minutes walk to Maenam Village and the Ring Road where you have your choice of dozens of decent restaurants, pharmacies, groceries, etc. Chris and Bonnie and the rest of the staff made us feel very welcome, and Chris very helpfully arranged for us to rent a jeep and checked us through the airport for our flight out. It's a comfortable, quiet, clean and beautiful place to stay on Koh Samui.

The room could have been a little better equipped--no hair dryer, no shampoo. And it's a little pricey because breakfast is not included in the price--the only place we've stayed in SE Asia where this was the case.

The hotel is located right next to the beach and in a beautiful garden between the bungalows. In five minutes, there are five or more good restaurants available. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Excellent location for a beach holiday, with beautiful sand and clear water. Friendly staff and prompt communication. The hotel offered a range of tasty food options and the rooms were comfortable. Bonus point for the pets around the area, they were adorable.

The rooms also felt a bit cramped. While the location was great for the beach, it was a bit far to other amenities like shops and restaurants.

Very pretty, fantastic location right on the beach. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Very good value for money including the food for which the slightly higher prices is reflected in the quality and presentation. I would recommend Hacienda Beach and Maenam as a great get away from it all destination.

The location of this hotel directly at the beach in a beautiful small garden is truly wonderful. The staff at this hotel are attentive and provide excellent service. The rooms with their nice view and lovely little balconies are perfect for enjoying a beer. The beds in this hotel are nice and firm, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The breakfast included in the stay comes with a nice view, adding to the overall experience.

Construction project next door was noisy. Restaurant was too expensive and limited in meals and service.

We liked proximity to shops, beach restaurants and walking market on thursdays. Beach is good and you can swim normally even when water is low. We had our wedding anniversary and we've got huge basket of flowers as a present from hotel staff, which was a very nice touch. Thanks guys, you do care.
